Brief History
Tuesday, May 11, 2010, saw the flowering of the seed sown way back in 2007, by Mr. Javid Ahmed Bhat, the founder of NAB J&K State Branch. In 2007 it was only a local Trust only for the welfare and benefitted for disable persons. In 2007, a young 17 years old boy Mr. Javid Ahmed Bhat pursuing his 12th class started to work for the welfare of disable persons in Jammu and Kashmir.
